Chef James is a passionate and professional chef who started his Odyssey in some of the best fine dining establishments across the UK. He has mastered his craft under some notable chefs this planet has to offer. He has worked at some incredible establishments including 2* Gidleigh Park Hotel, 3* The Ledbury, 1* Bohemia, 3* Frederikshøj after he left fine dining he went into the world of private cheffing where he has worked for high performance athletes, royal families, UHNW individuals and even one notable musician.
From palaces, yachts, estates and villas James wants to share his culinary excellence and passion for creating unforgettable moments with you. When James is in control of your event not only are you in trusted hands but get ready for a mouth-watering treat.
James loves everything food has to offer and knows how to infuse simple dishes with extra flair and flavour, he is also a very talented mixologist and loves creating exciting cocktails to pair with your menus. His passion for food goes into every event, beyond that he is passionate about people and sharing memories.
James grew up on a working dairy farm, so in his spare time he helps out on other farms, racing and building rally cars, he is also a Dive master and hunts and loves spearfishing. He used to compete in pro freestyle motocross events until his accident, but loves it and keeps adventuring.
